Why are you supporting Wozu? My support to Wozu is based on its local efforts to better our Cannon Ball community. It is through Wozu efforts to support food sovereignty, physical activities, and mental health healing through cultural activities. Wozu really is “boots to the ground” and making opportunities for community members to re-learn who to live independently like our grandparents did to survive in Cannon Ball along the river.
What does Wozu mean to you? Its growth, growth to provide an outlet needed resources for Cannon Ball community.
What do you hope to see happen as a result? Keeping our culture and communities intact for the future generations.
