At Wozu, hands-on learning and community collaboration are at the heart of everything we do.
This project wasn’t just about moving dirt. It was about giving young people the opportunity to work as a team, build something meaningful, and take pride in a space that will soon become a hub for healthy recreation. With shovels in hand, they leveled surfaces, shaped berms, and helped carve out the flow of the track that future riders will enjoy.
By participating in the development process, these youth experienced firsthand the value of stewardship—caring for and improving the land while building something that benefits their entire community. Their efforts reflect our mission to connect youth with the land through active, engaging, and educational projects.
Once complete, the BMX pump track will provide a safe, fun space for biking, movement, and social connection—helping foster healthy lifestyles and strong relationships. Thanks to the hard work of these young volunteers, the wheels are already in motion for a vibrant new chapter on Wozu’s managed lands.
