Letter from our Lead Program Officer

Wozu, Inc. Regenerative Agriculture Program has a new name!

We are now the Regenerative Agriculture Food Sovereignty (RAFS) Program. We decided to add Food Sovereignty to our name because we focus on Food and providing better choices pertaining to food for our local communities. We are also implementing new goals for RAFS, one of which is distributing 5,000lbs of fresh produce grown in our Wozu Gardens and providing 15 raised beds to elders within Standing Rock boundaries. We are growing in the greenhoses and we are excited to start growing outside too!

Wozu Growing Season for 2025

Wozu’s RAFS Program focused on community gardens in the Cannon Ball/Solen District and outer districts during the 2024 growing season. Because of this, gardens, greenhouses & hoop houses at Wozu were neglected.

RAFS team plans on refocusing the 2025 growing season to on-site at Wozu, Inc compound.
