Living the Wozu lifestyle!
Explore Cannon Ball & experience people filled with culture, healthy land and thriving Community.
Restoring the health and connections between land, people, and culture.
We are now the Regenerative Agriculture Food Sovereignty (RAFS) Program. We decided to add Food Sovereignty to our name because we focus on Food and providing better choices pertaining to food for our local communities. We are also implementing new goals for RAFS, one of which is distributing 5,000lbs of fresh produce grown in our Wozu Gardens and providing 15 raised beds to elders within Standing Rock boundaries. We are growing in the greenhoses and we are excited to start growing outside too!

Wozu, Inc’s Regenerative Agriculture Food Sovereignty (RAFS) Program is funded by a Vanguard Grant which was rewarded to Wozu in 2023. The RAFS Program has two full time employees and their salary is paid through Vanguard Funding. Training and development, gardens, honeybees, food processing, community outreach and travel are the areas that RAFS program utilizes the funding.
Wozu’s RAFS Program focused on community gardens in the Cannon Ball/Solen District and outer districts during the 2024 growing season. Because of this, gardens, greenhouses & hoop houses at Wozu were neglected.
RAFS team plans on refocusing the 2025 growing season to on-site at Wozu, Inc compound.
