Within our Culture Preservation Program, Wozu Inc. recognizes the importance of meeting everyday needs while also preserving the traditions that make our community strong. One of our longest-standing and most impactful partnerships is with Partners with Native Americans (PWNA), an organization that has consistently stepped up to support Cannon Ball and surrounding areas.

For years, PWNA has been a primary advocate for Native communities, always willing to fill the gap when resources are scarce. In Cannon Ball, a community that continues to face the challenges of being classified as a food desert and resource limited, the support from PWNA provides critical relief for families, elders, and individuals who may otherwise struggle to access daily essentials.

Wozu serves as a distribution center for PWNA donations, ensuring that these much-needed supplies reach those who need them most. While these products are not part of our programs, they are a vital lifeline for many in our community. Through this partnership, Wozu helps deliver:

  • Hygiene products – soap, shampoo, feminine products, and more.
  • Sanitation supplies – cleaning products to support safe, healthy homes.
  • Non-perishable food – pantry staples that supplement families’ meals.
  • Household items – essentials that reduce strain on daily living.
  • Baby products – diapers, wipes, and formula to support parents.
  • Elderly products – nutritional and care items tailored for elder needs.

This collaboration reflects more than just distribution—it reflects community care in action. By connecting national support to local families, Wozu and PWNA together are working to ensure that community members can focus not only on surviving day to day, but also on thriving through culture, tradition, and togetherness.
